In March, the median sale price of a home in Galveston County fell by $10,457 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 114 homes sold in March, with a median sale price of $148,193 - a 6.6% decrease from the $158,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Galveston County in March 2023.
