Victoria Valdez, formerly of Alvin High School and now a catcher for the Texas Tech Lady Raiders, contributed to her team’s 8-7 victory over the UCLA Bruins in the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, May 31.

The matchup was held at Devon Park, beginning at 4 p.m.

The Lady Raiders are set to return to Devon Park for their next game on Monday, June 1, at 6 p.m.
