In June, the median sale price of a home in Galveston County fell by $23,410 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales increased by 1.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 137 homes sold in June, with a median sale price of $142,151 - a 14.1% decrease from the $165,561 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 135 homes sold in Galveston County in June 2023.
