The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Randy Weber, Weber for Congress, refunded $900 to C.M. Garver on Aug. 27, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Weber for Congress has refunded $44,400 total since March 1.
