On July 2, Middleton expressed gratitude for receiving support from Texas Values Action. He stated, “Honored to have the endorsement of @txvaluesaction—true warriors for faith, family, and freedom. I’ll never stop fighting to protect life, religious liberty, and Texas values.” This endorsement aligns with his emphasis on protecting life and religious freedoms.

The following day, July 3, Middleton announced another endorsement from Genevieve Collins. He described her as “a fearless defender of liberty, a passionate advocate for Texas values, and a tireless grassroots organizer!” He also noted her efforts against taxpayer-funded lobbying in Austin.

On July 4, Middleton addressed fiscal matters by proposing the refunding of $13.5 billion in property tax relief to taxpayers. He succinctly urged action with the statement: “Let’s put that $13.5 Billion in property tax relief and refund it to taxpayers!”
