Mayes Middleton, a Republican who was elected to the Texas State Senate in 2023 to represent the state’s 11th Senate district, recently posted several updates on his campaign activities and endorsements for the Attorney General race.
On May 20, 2026, Middleton highlighted his campaign’s performance and support in Collin County, stating: “Honored by our first place finish in Collin County on March 3rd, humbled by so many new endorsements for the runoff and this amazing team of supporters. We have growing momentum in Collin County, one of the largest GOP counties in Texas. Vote early today – let’s finish strong!”
Later that day, Middleton expressed gratitude for endorsements from several law enforcement organizations and reiterated his stance on public safety: “Thank you @TMPALegislative @HPOUTX @hcdofop39 @dallaspolice_ for your endorsement in this race. Lock’em up. I’m the tough on crime, law and order candidate for AG.” This message was posted on May 20, 2026.
In another post dated May 20, 2026, Middleton acknowledged support from Tarrant County and Timothy O’Hare: “Thank you @TimothyOHare and Tarrant county for your support!”
